IS IT STILL WORTH ME STARTING IF I CAN’T ATTEND REGULARLY?
Yes, certainly you progress at your own rate, however you instructor can suggest ways for you to catch up on missed session or plan a course that’s best for you.
I’M WORRIED THAT I WILL FEEL AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE OTHERS IN THE CLASS.
Every trainee felt like you do at the beginning. Fortunately, we realise this and so ensure that everyone who joins receives a private tutorial with his or her teacher to cover the basics. This ensures that you feel comfortable performing the correct movements and gain maximum benefit from your future session. You will find your classmates are extremely supportive (as you will be with beginners in the future.) If you prefer you can just train privately.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
Prices do vary depending on how much you want to train, but you could train for less than £4.00 per session! There are also no long term contracts, you can walk away at any time, all we ask is that you give us a little advance notice.
WHAT ARE THE TRAINING TIMES?
Our regular evening classes for beginners start at 6:30pm Tuesdays – Thursdays. Fridays 7:30-8:30pm.
Please call before you attend to ensure somebody is available to meet and greet you.
